Size is the height of the letters.
Length is approximately 6x the height of the letter (ie: CUSTOMER 100mm high x 600mm long for the text area.)
100mm - 200mm stencils have a 50mm border all the way around
300 - 600mm stencils have a 100mm border all the way around.
